Conditions of Sale

• All prices & charges are in Canadian dollars (CAD)
• There is no minimum order
• All sales are final. No return, refund or exchange
• Prices and charges are subject to change without notice
• Seller is not responsible for delay/damage/missing/confiscated goods caused by postal delivery, customs inspection or weather enroute
• Buyer is to ensure local weather is suitable for shipping before ordering
•  Local pick up in Greater Toronto Area can be arranged, a pick up fee of $5.00 applies to each pick up (regardless of number of items)
• A documentation fee of $15 applies to all orders outside of Canada (regardless of the number of plants) in order to cover the costs for Phytosanitary certificate and CITES certificate.
• Buyer assumed the responsibility to add "heat pack" or ""signature required" options upon check out and advise seller of either option. Seller will not follow up with buyer in the absence of either features and do not assume responsibility of damage goods during shipping
•  Seller will only supply phytosanitary & CITES certificate, buyer is responsible to ensure other entry requirements (i.e. import permit, etc.) are met and advise seller such requirements
• CITES Appendix I species cannot be included in orders out of Canada.
• Availability of plants is subject to prior sales, and offers may be withdrawn at any time
• This list supersedes all previous lists and offers
• All orders are filled in the order in which payment are received
• Tropical Gardens Orchids gives no warranty, implied or expressed as to the productivity of any plants. Many of the crosses offered are speculative and it is impossible to predict with certainty the outcome of hybrid crosses. The descriptions listed are our best guess for that particular cross. Our liability, in all instances, is limited to the purchase price of the plants we sell.
