Canada Post offers different types of parcel delivery services; the difference is in the speed of delivery and price. After 10+ years of operating our online business and shipping orders all over North America and globally, Xpresspost seems to be the most reliable way and it is our default means of shipping. The standard shipping guide is as follows:
|Xpresspost||1 day||2 day|
|Expedited Parcel||1 – 3 days||2 – 7 days|
|Regular Parcel||4 – 6 days||5 – 10 days|
The shipping times provided by Canada Post in the above table are estimates in business days for delivery service between major Canadian cities. Rural deliveries may take longer. We ship orders on Mondays & Tuesdays; our customers usually receive their orders on or before Friday of the same week.
Canada Post also offers a Priority Courier service, however the speed & expense of this service is not necessary for shipping live plants, unless there are other factors involved, i.e.: the need for a ‘last minute’ gift.
We will email you the tracking number for your parcel after your order is shipped out. You will then be able to track the progress of your parcel by visiting the website of Canada Post at www.canadapost.ca
Local pick up in Downtown Vancouver Area can also be arranged for free. Please refer to the Conditions of Sale page for further details on local pick up.
