Streptocarpella saxorum 'White' (False African Violet)

Streptocarpella saxorum ‘White’ is an African Violet relative that flowers freely. It blooms with many white, trumpet like blooms and with beautiful round fuzzy leaves. The dainty flowers hang from long stems and almost look like a cloud of butterflies flocking around the plant.

Very tough and almost indestructible if not overwatered. It will thrive in a wide range of house and outdoor ,summer, conditions. Very floriferous and easy to grow. Perfect to grow in hanging basket and let it trail.

Streptocarpella saxorum originates from Tanzania and Kenya. The growing conditions are almost the same as for African violets. This plant grows to about 12 inches in height and makes a wonderful hanging basket plant. Once it reaches a decent size this plant is ever blooming.
